High Value Conversations

This course is delivered over a four hour active learning workshop featuring interactive discussion and application of High Value Conversation principles to the participant's own professional context.
Workshop topics include:- Elements of a culture of engagement – motivation, accountability and psychological safety
- Developing practical skills and methods to improve the communication process
- Role of the receiver in communicating for impact
- Application of conversational methodology to escalate concerns
